Bobcat Skid Steer & Mini Excavator Operator

We are looking for an experienced and dependable operator to run a Bobcat skid steer and mini excavator, with strong skills in installing artificial turf, pavers, and block retaining walls. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can handle both equipment operation and hands-on installation work.


What You'll Do



  • Safely operate skid steer (Bobcat) and mini excavator for grading, trenching, and site prep

  • Load, move, and distribute materials (dirt, gravel, base, etc.)

  • Perform rough and finish grading to proper elevations

  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance using hand tools

  • Install artificial turf, pavers, and block retaining walls


Requirements



  • Proven experience operating skid steer and mini excavator

  • Experience installing artificial turf, pavers, and retaining walls

  • Understanding of grading, drainage, and base preparation

  • Ability to read basic plans or follow layout instructions

  • Valid driver's license (preferred)

Skid Steer Operator / Landscape & Hardscape Installer

Landscape company hiring an experienced skid steer (Bobcat) & mini excavator operator who can also handle landscape and hardscape installations.


What You'll Do



  • Operate skid steer & mini excavator (grading, trenching, site prep)

  • Install artificial turf, pavers, and block retaining walls

  • Plant trees, shrubs, and complete landscape installs

  • Install and repair irrigation systems

  • Build sitting areas and BBQ areas

  • Perform base prep, grading, and job site cleanup


What We're Looking For



  • Experience with equipment + landscape/hardscape installation

  • Knowledge of irrigation and plant installation

  • Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

  • Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs

  • Driver's license preferred
